Cancellation Policy
All next day & day of cancellations require a fee that is 50% of the scheduled service. If a client does not show up for their appointment they will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service. Multiple no shows may result in refusal of services. Under no circumstances is this negotiable. Absolutely no refunds. (Bad weather such as heavy snow, ice, heavy storm or tornado weather is the only exception for reschedules/cancellations)
